These words are FULFILLED.
Túpac Amaru the Second, an American Patriot, facing execution by the PRIISM leadership in America (south), PROMISED his defilers that this wasn’t over.

The fifth is up to you; the millions and millions and millions of awakening Túpac’s, which means ROYAL BRIGHTNESS in the original American Tongue (Quechua).
